What is a Captain?

Captains serve as leaders for multiple precincts within a house district. Captains take an active role in organizing the Precinct Organizers in their captaincy, including working to fill vacancies.  Captains serve on the county Executive Committee.

House District 28 is a single county. This means the district is only in Jefferson County.
